Maintained with care
In order to keep your renewable energy system running at peak efficiency, regular servicing and maintenance is required. To provide this, isoenergy has a dedicated specialist service department working throughout England and Wales.
Separate to our installation teams we employ our own service engineers who service, maintain and repair not only our own installations, but those of others as well. Our teams are fully qualified to work on a wide range of heat pump brands such as Ecoforest, NIBE, CTC, Viessmann, Dimplex, Hitachi, Mitsubishi, Nilan, Steibel Eltron, IVT and Worcester Bosch.
With a focus on heat pump servicing as their complexity often presents a challenge for other service providers, our engineers have qualifications allowing them to work on refrigerant circuits, meaning we are able to undertake any type of repair to heat pumps.
Our service department is available during office hours, 8am – 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and until 3:30pm on a Friday, to assist with breakdowns and service visit scheduling. In addition to this, we offer emergency out of hours telephone support for customers with a maintenance contract. isoenergy is able to install remote monitoring systems on our heat pump installations so any issues can be flagged to our team often before the client even realises there is a problem.
Maintenance contracts
isoenergy maintenance contracts offer peace of mind to system owners, providing regular servicing and maintenance, reduced call out rates in the event of a problem and access to our out of hours emergency service. By choosing isoenergy to maintain your renewable energy system you will not only increase the system’s lifespan, but will be ensuring it runs at maximum efficiency securing the best possible return on investment.
There are two main benefits to servicing your heat pump. The first is that keeping the system well maintained allows potential problems to be spotted and fixed at an early stage, reducing the likelihood of breakdown and failure. The second is to keep the system running as efficiently as possible, thereby minimising the electricity running cost of the system.
We offer a range of different maintenance contracts to suit individual needs. We will conduct an initial system review to determine the suitability and then offer a contract to provide annual servicing to ensure the system is maintained. Our maintenance contract can include reduced rates in the case of an emergency or scheduled remedial work, as well as priority service over sites without maintenance agreements, in times of high demand.

Emergency repair services
Our dedicated team of certified engineers, who have been repairing heat pumps for over a decade, are on hand to provide help when needed. We operate from our offices in Horley and Tewkesbury, which means that we can quickly diagnose and fix problems across England and Wales. Our extensive heat pump repair experience means that we have dealt with a wide range of emergency problems. Therefore we are usually in a position to offer assistance in a timely and effective manner.

Consultancy
We offer consultancy services for owners of heat pump systems. We can offer impartial and independent advice. We have the knowledge and expertise to help you make the right renewable energy decisions. We would always recommend you ensure that your system installer is MCS certified.
